If you don't already know the difference between '59 and '60 Impalas, then you'll have an even harder time figuring out the rear end treatment on Young's Chevy. The only stock feature is the bumper; a composition of '58 Merc, ''55 Dodge, and handmade pieces compose the taillights, while the trunk lid was extended out.
Yeah, well the engine may not be as pretty as the exterior, but at least it's the original 348 motivator. Ported and polished heads (by Jim Cook) are capped off with a set of finned aluminum Moon valve covers, but the rest is pretty much GM stock.
